Welcome to Katmandu RV Park In Sturgis, SD, our home in the Black Hills just outside Sturgis, South Dakota. We've been part of the Sturgis camping community since 1985, and Brent and Lynette Larson have proudly owned the park since October 2023. Conveniently located off Exit 34 on I-90, we're just five minutes from downtown Sturgis and a mile from local UTV trails, making us an ideal base for exploring the Black Hills. Whether you're visiting for the Sturgis Rally, a family vacation, or a peaceful getaway, you'll enjoy a quiet setting with easy access to nearby attractions. We offer 69 full-hookup RV sites with 30/50-amp service, additional water-and-electric and pull-in sites, 75 tent sites, cozy cabins for couples and groups, a spacious 5-bedroom vacation home, and monthly RV stays for extended visits.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right here. Enjoy private hot showers, a convenient laundry facility with lockers, an on-site bar, hiking trails starting at the edge of camp, and a playground for kids. Famous destinations like Mount Rushmore, the Black Hills National Forest, and Bear Butte are all within easy driving distance. We stayed here last summer during Sturgis and it was great. We had no problems, the people were great, clean campground,a few things to do and some live music and the rates were great. Definitely would book again.

We love staying at Katmandu when we go to the Sturgis Rally. Minutes away from downtown, shuttle, showers, laundry, food trucks and entertainment. Price is outstanding. We stay in tents so they are always able to accommodate us.

Always a great spot. Nice and quiet at night and has all the amenities. Shuttle bus is a great convenience and nice on site bar and shower facilities. Coming back next year for sure

We had a wonderful stay. The owners are above and beyond accommodating. It was wonderful to have a clean cute cabin, clean shower house, and a bar with food after being on the bike for over 6 hours. Diana was so kind checking daily to see if we needed anything. Met some great people and can't wait to go back. Thanks again for everything!
