Our Story

Katmandu is an amazing campground! The location is perfect for the Sturgis Rally. The Campground has everything you need. The hosts Brent and Lynette are the best! The staff is amazing as well. We wouldn't stay any other place.

My first time at this campground and it was great! Absolute fantastic owners that take care of bikers. This will be the only place I stay for sturgis year after year from now on.

We stayed at this campground for one night while passing through Sturgis, SD. The spacious pull-through site made it an easy stop, and the location was very convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

A wide open campground with easy access from the interstate. Host was friendly and gave us an upgrade. Only stayed one night. Perfect spot to stay for the bike rally.

Great location, awesome local family that owns and operates the campground. I had prepaid a 12 night stay, came in 2 days early and they didn't charge me any extra, what a wonderful way to start a Sturgis vacation. They are really nice people, always making you feel like family and taking care of any needs you may have, I think I have found my annual trip place to stay.

Our stay at the Katmandu Airbnb was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, Lynette and Brent made us feel welcome and treated us like family. The home itself is beautiful—spotlessly clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As motorcycle riders, we especially appreciated the large garage, which easily accommodated all of our motorcycles and trailer, giving us peace of mind after long days exploring the Black Hills. The property is well maintained, and having the on-site bar was an unexpected bonus! It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings, enjoy a drink, meet other riders, and soak up the friendly Sturgis atmosphere. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. Lynette and Brent genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure every stay is memorable. If you’re visiting Sturgis, whether for the Motorcycle Rally or to explore the beautiful Black Hills, I can’t recommend the Katmandu Airbnb highly enough. We will definitely be back!
